This website is operated by Meemirotta Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Meemirotta. Meemirotta offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. The website www.meemirotta.fi/en sells clothing products in the online store.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. ("Shopify"). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Currency Conversion
Our store automatically converts prices to the currency of your location. The conversion is based on current exchange rates, but the final amount charged may vary slightly depending on your payment provider or bank's exchange rate and fees.
Ordering
Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online store's checkout. When placing an order, you accept the delivery terms and product prices. The ordered items are printed/embroidered on demand, so it is crucial for the customer to verify the order details and products for accuracy.
At the time of ordering, provide an email address to which an order confirmation will be sent. The order confirmation includes the ordered products and their prices. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and to check that the order confirmation is correct to identify any errors. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order.
Past Orders
To view your orders, log into your account by clicking the "View your order" link provided in the order confirmation email and logging in with your order email address. You can also log in with your order email on the page: account.meemirotta.fi/. Once logged in, you can view both your current and past orders, as well as manage your order details.
Payment Provider and Methods
Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediation service is provided by Paytrail Plc (business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Card details are not stored in our systems, and we do not have access to your card information. We can only see the payment method used by the customer. When paying through Paytrail, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Meemirotta reserves the right to withhold publication of any review that violates these guidelines.
The delivery cost to EU countries is €5.90. If the order value exceeds €60, we cover the shipping.
The shipping company delivers the package to the delivery address or your nearby service point, depending on the size of the order.
Each product is printed on the customer's order, so we hope the customer checks that the order is correct, including the size of the product. The processing duration for your order is depending on the order size. Our products are carefully printed one by one. Typically, it requires 2-4 days of production to prepare your items for shipping.
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Our delivery to EU countries takes an estimated 2–4 business days.
This is shipping time only. On top of that, the fulfillment of a print-on-demand order normally takes an estimated 2-4 days. Delivery may take longer depending on the size of the order, holidays, or promotions.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that includes a tracking link. You can use this number to track your order.
The shipping company delivers the package to the delivery address or your nearby service point, depending on the size of the order.

Our Shipping Locations
We ship from Spain, UK, and Latvia.
Our products are not shipped from China. We print and ship everything from the location nearest to you. For example, when you place an order, it will be shipped from the UK, Spain, or Latvia, depending on the closest location. This approach helps us avoid long shipping times, reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing transportation distances, and cut down on packaging waste.

Return/Replacement Policy
You have the right to exchange or return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange a product(s), or if you have any other questions, please contact us at asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi. Please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
In cancellation and return situations, your payment/refund will be returned to your account using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will typically appear in your account within 2-10 business days. Please note that currency exchange rates may slightly affect the final refund amount.
Order Return:
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
If you wish to return a product or your entire order, please contact us at asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi for detailed information. The return address is provided in the order confirmation that came with your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself using your local postal service or another suitable method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and your refund will be processed. The amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-10 business days.
When contacting us regarding a return, please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return in your message.
Product Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
If the items do not fit or if you simply wish to exchange them, please contact us at asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi for detailed information. The return address is provided in the order confirmation that came with your package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to be exchanged. You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself using your local postal service or another suitable method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a new one in the desired size or an item of equal value. Please note that the delivery time for your exchanged product(s) may vary depending on your location.
The item to be exchanged must be of equal value to the original product. If you exchange for a cheaper item, we will not refund the price difference. It does not matter if you used a discount code or purchased the product during a sale. When exchanging, the price of the product is based on the regular price (not the discounted price).
When contacting us regarding an exchange, please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to replace in your message.
Order Modification and Cancellation
You have the right to modify of cancel your order within few hours of placing it.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may still be possible to modify or cancel it. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately at asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi, and we will see what can be done. Please include your name and order number for the order you wish to cancel or modify. Your cancellation refund will be credited to your account using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
If the order has already been shipped when you contact us, it will be delivered to you, and no changes can be made to the order. (However, you can still cancel and return the order for a refund within 30 days after it has been delivered.)
An uncollected package is not the same as an order cancellation. If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we can arrange a new delivery if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. The cost of reshipping the returned package will be the responsibility of Meemirotta, the online store. If an agreement cannot be reached with the customer regarding a new delivery for the returned order, the order payment will be refunded automatically to the customer 30 days after the package is returned to the online store. After this, a new delivery will no longer be possible, and the customer will need to repurchase the product(s) from the online store. For uncollected orders that are not reshipped, we will charge a handling fee of €10 EUR, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Incorrect, Lost or Damaged Product:
We will gladly provide a full refund or a free replacement if the items you receive are incorrect or damaged. If your product/order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us pictures of the item along with your name and order number to asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi. In some cases, a refund or replacement can be processed based solely on the provided images, and you are not required to return the damaged product unless you choose to do so.
If the order is lost during transit, please notify us immediately at asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Typically, the refund will appear in your account within 2-10 business days, though it may take longer in some cases. If you haven’t received a refund, start by checking your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing time before a refund is posted. If, after these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at asiakaspalvelu@meemirotta.fi.

Warranty:
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors, such as incorrect washing treatment or accidents.
Our liability is determined according to applicable law. If you notice that the product is defective, you must contact our customer service, even if the return period has already expired.
Warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
